This 350 sqm luxury rustic villa in Cas Concos was visualised for Engel & Völkers Mallorca with a clear goal: sell it off plan, before construction even started. The renders had to do the job the finished house would normally do, which leaves very little room for error.
The design blended a modern architectural language with clear nods to traditional Mallorcan style, a balance that needs a careful hand so it never feels forced in either direction. The landscaping followed a garden design that was already fully set, so the brief called for precision: every element had to be reproduced exactly as specified, with no room for interpretation, while still making the whole scene feel natural and lived in.
Part of the work involved blending the exterior and interior renders with real drone photography of the site, so the villa would sit within its plot and surrounding landscape as if it were already built. That means matching light, shadow and perspective to the original photography, a process refined through several rounds of revisions until the client was fully satisfied.
The final set of images was used to bring the villa to market ahead of construction, and Engel & Völkers Mallorca has since returned to Artic3D for further projects, a good sign the approach worked both commercially and in terms of trust.
