This project involved a full set of 3D renders for a traditional stone country house in Santanyí, restored with care for its rural character and put together to help buyers picture the finished home well before the last stone was in place. The brief called for exterior and interior visuals that would work as marketing material, giving a real estate audience a clear, convincing look at a property that still existed mostly on paper and in the builder's plans.
The difficulty here was not architectural complexity but authenticity. A restored finca lives or dies on texture: the weathered stone walls, the old wooden beams, the worn terracotta floors. Get that wrong and the whole image reads as generic. Every render had to respect the original structure while showing the quality of the renovation, without turning the place into something it isn't.
What mattered most was the atmosphere. The Mediterranean light needed to fall naturally across the stone facade, warm in the late afternoon, soft inside the rooms where exposed beams and natural materials do most of the talking. That balance between rustic character and a refined finish is what sells this kind of property, and it only comes through with careful attention to material, light and camera angle rather than heavy postproduction.
As with any project meant for sale, the images went through several rounds of revision, adjusting details until the result matched the vision for the restoration. The final deliverable was a coherent set of photorealistic exterior and interior renders ready to represent the finca in its marketing materials, ahead of completion.
